Account management provides you with a dedicated point of contact along with a retainer for additional consulting and oversight. This is ideal for any business engaging in ongoing services that require reporting.
Your account manager will be responsible for understanding your brand and goals in order to help facilitate ongoing services, track the results, and make adjustments to your strategy in order to ensure that your business is getting the best possible results from your campaigns.
Your account manager’s interaction with you will mostly be in the form of consulting and reporting. On the back end, they work with your assigned team to ensure that everyone understands your services and is performing them optimally.
What are the objectives of your Account Manager?
- To establish a clear picture of your digital footprint in so far as it relates to your objectives
- To organize efforts and Marketeering Group’s assets to achieve quantifiable objectives
- To manage reasonable expectations with the client and to purchase the right services to accomplish those objectives
What are the logistics involved in Account Management
- Your Account Manager will facilitate task assignment and service arrangement.
- They will consolidate and funnel all communication.
What tools does your Account Manager Have?
- Asana: Asana is our dashboard for managing the day-to-day of your account. It’s where we assign your services to your account manager and their support team, keep track of those services, share notes on how to best accomplish them, and see when they are complete.
- Google Drive: We use Google Drive to organize deliverables, brand assets, meeting notes, reports, and any relevant documents for the work we complete on your account.
- Zoom: Our virtual meeting tool to host client meetings
- LastPass: We use LastPass, a secure password management tool, to store your sensitive data like logins for your website, social platforms, and any relevant marketing tools used for your account.
- The client gives decision-making control to their account manager for the day-to-day implementation of services purchased within the budgets permitted.
- The client agrees to hold Marketeering Group and their account manager harmless in the event of loss of digital assets, rankings, followers, etc.
- The account manager is only permitted to use the allotted hours for consulting purchased in the allotted retainer. Should additional hours be required, the client may purchase more hours at the $98 / hour rate.
- Marketeering Group reserves the right to transfer accounts between managers for any reason.
- The client may request that their account be transferred to a new manager for either lack of success or frustration with customer service.
- Your reporting will be customized to your preferences. If not otherwise stated, your reports will be delivered once a month in written form directly describing your main objectives, the work done to accomplish them, progress made, and any suggested changes.
- Should you use less of your consulting time in a month than what the retainer permits, the hours do not roll over to the next month.
