These packages are all-inclusive, although pricing varies for your desired level of service. All Instagram packages include:

Process

What is the process involved in Instagram Posting?

  1. After you have selected your social media package level, our social media specialist will begin research to learn about your brand and audience.
  2. Next, we will draft the copy and design for an initial social media content calendar.
  3. You may review the content calendar and request any desired changes.
  4. Posting and strategy: Create content and design for the number of posts included in the package purchased. Curate the content for the appropriate feed, and schedule the posts to publish cross-network on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn (other networks are billable in excess). Strategize the optimal searchable copy and any hashtags.
  5. Health Check: Review all social media pages to identify harmful activity and issues such as “trolling,” spammy posts, locked/unpublished pages, or problems with analytics.
  6. Engagement: Research and implement opportunities to engage with relevant organizations or individuals to increase followers. Engage/reply to comments or posts from other parties. Like/follow other organizations in the client’s network.
  7. Reporting: Create monthly reports that include a snapshot of the client’s feed and engagement, strategy review, top-performing posts, reach numbers, engagement spotlights, and any updates made to the page/profile.
  8. Consulting (included for Premium and Enterprise packages only; billable as an add-on for other packages): Answer any questions about how social media and/or social networks/platforms operate. Engage in research and strategy for special social media requests or projects. Provide social media education and training for the client and/or their team.

Terms & Conditions

What are the Terms and Limitations of Instagram Posting?

  • Our social media services are designed to maximize exposure and complement blogging and SEO efforts. Setup of social profiles and accounts that are not preexisting may require your involvement.
  • Posting will be live at the end of the first month, after we received brand assets, have an approved content calendar, and are granted full access to you social media feeds.
  • You are responsible for the timely provision of all social media profile/page logins and access. We are not liable to publish posts on profiles where logins or access have not been provided or are revoked. Posting on every social network may vary depending on technical issues or your ability to provide logins to existing sites. Failure to post on a network due to one of these issues does not constitute failure to produce the required content.
  • Marketeering Group may post the same content on different social networks, and reserves the right to grant additional posts at its own discretion.
  • Original photo images must be provided for Instagram curation every three months or an Instagram specific photoshoot with Marketeering Group will need to be scheduled on a 3-6 month basis at an additional cost.
  • A minimum of three (3) business days is required for any post content or updates outside of the monthly content/posting plan. A minimum of 15 days is required for updates or events that need multiple posts or campaigns in the upcoming month.
  • Posting content calendars are only provided for the initial month of service. If you would like an ongoing preview of content calendars, an additional fee will apply. If you choose an ongoing approval process, a calendar will be emailed for your approval and you must respond with any edits within 5 days.
  • Should you dislike a post, you reserve the right to take it down and request an in-person review of your social media messaging.
  • Should you discontinue one or more social networks for posting, package pricing will not change.
