These newsletters usually have consistent design and are sent on (or close to) a set schedule so that recipients know when to expect them.

What is the process in setting up an Email Newsletter?
- After you select your newsletter frequency/amount, our content marketing specialist will consult with you to plan the initial layout and content sections. Each month thereafter, you will supply the basic information/details for us to include in each email newsletter.
- We will draft the copy and design for the email newsletter based around specific conversion objectives and incentives.
- Next, you’ll review the email newsletter, request any edits (limited to two rounds of edits per email), and note any scheduling preferences/needs.
- Once you approve the email newsletter, our content marketing specialist will schedule it according to the campaign plan.
- On request, Marketeering Group can supply a report disclosing the open rate, click-throughs, unsubscribes, and other data and provide you with recommended actions to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.

What are the limitations involved with Email Newsletters?
- You must supply the general topics/information for us to include in each email newsletter.
- Edits to newsletters are limited to two rounds per email.
- Your approval is required before we can send any emails. Only after you have approved the email newsletter in writing (email) will we prepare to send it.
- All drafted email newsletters are counted against the total number billed, regardless of whether you approve them.
- Some email newsletter contents may be more complex and require additional services (such as the creation of website landing pages or content materials) that are billable in addition to the email newsletter fee. Any additional email blasts that you request beyond the initial purchase amount will be billable.
- Use of fewer email newsletters than purchased will not result in a refund or credit.
- You are responsible for any fees associated with your email marketing tool/platform. (i.e. MailChimp fees apply to client lists over 2,000 contacts, and are the client’s responsibility.)
- Marketeering Group does not currently support list-building or list management services beyond adding new contacts to your list (on request).
- Special request is necessary for third-party or other email marketing providers (not MailChimp). Marketeering Group does not currently support email newsletters using the original email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). Supported email marketing tools/platforms* include:

- Constant Contact
- Hubspot
- InfusionSoft
- Robly
- Vertical Response
