What monthly tasks are involved in Review and Reputation Management?

  1. Flagging and/or submitting for review any negative reviews that violate the applicable platform’s content rules (i.e. disgruntled employees posting negative reviews on Yelp),
  2. Adding new photos to citations and listings,
  3. Adding business information to profiles on new/different platforms and cleaning up or replacing old images.

 

What’s involved in setting up Review and Reputation Management?

The Setup requires access to an email system such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact, as well as assets  such as images, logos, and branding. We also begin with a campaign strategy to make sure our team is representing your brand correctly.

 

What reporting is available for Review and Reputation management?

Every month we’ll deliver: 1 Email marketing campaign for requesting reviews / month, up to 3 hours for Review & Citation Page Clean Up, Review Monitoring & Reporting

 

How much does review and reputation management cost?

  • Google My Business Management (2hrs/mo) – $150/mo (+$300 setup if a new GMB is needed – requires client facilitation with postcard, etc.)
  • Baseline Review Response and Management  $225/mo + $300 Setup
  • Review Generation $450/mo + $600 signup

What are the terms and limitations of what should be expected from Review and Reputation Management?

  • Review Response & Management requires the client to deliver, within 30 days of signing up for the service, their responses to our Review Response & Management questionnaire. We require this document to ensure brand accuracy and consistency when replying to your customers on your behalf.
  • We cannot guarantee the number of reviews, nature of reviews (positive or negative), or content contained within the reviews we generate.
  • Generally, we will respond to reviews within one week of their publication. However, response times may be longer depending on the reliability of notification of new reviews, technology, and other issues outside our control.
  • Marketeering Group does not engage in deleting negative reviews as this is considered bad practice in customer service.
