Process

  1. After you have selected your social media package level, our social media specialist will begin research to learn about your brand and audience across all social media platforms
  2. Next, we will draft the copy and design for an initial social media content calendar and optimize your social media profiles including creating profile header/banner graphics that are on brand or promoting specific campaigns
  3. You will then review the first content calendar and graphic assets and request any desired changes.
  4. On a monthly basis, the social media specialist will provide the following:
    • Posting and strategy: Create content and design for the number of posts included in the package purchased. Curate the content for the appropriate feed, and schedule the posts to publish cross-network on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn (other networks are billable in excess). Strategize the optimal searchable copy and any hashtags.
    • Ads management: Research potential demographics and targets. Boost posts to reach an optimal audience for your brand on Facebook and Instagram.
    • Health check: Review all social media pages to identify harmful activity and issues such as “trolling,” spammy posts, locked/unpublished pages, or problems with analytics.
    • Reporting: Create monthly reports that include a snapshot of the client’s feed and engagement, strategy review, top-performing posts, reach numbers, and any updates made to the page/profile.
