Oftentimes, your account manager can provide all the direction that is needed for your video shoot, especially when the assignment is simple and straightforward. However, when the video that needs to be produced is about a more complicated subject, consulting with a creative planner who can storyboard and refine the instructions for the photo team may improve results.
Because we’re located in Seattle, we have a network of videographers that we can dispatch at low, consistent pricing. Our basic Seattle shoot includes one videographer and standard equipment sets. This is the baseline standard of the shoot. However, you can add additional resources. Your strategist will suggest any needed add-ons and let you know if there will be an additional cost to getting the images you need.
What is the process involved in the production of Videography?
- After you purchase this service, our Creative Director or your Account Manager will contact you to discuss the specifics of your video shoot and schedule a videographer.
- After the shoot itself, our creative editing team will provide an applicable round of edits and touch-ups to complete the video. This process usually takes about 2-3 weeks.
- We will either post your video files on your YouTube page or deliver them directly to you in a .mp4 format.
- We will make raw video files available through cloud storage, if desired.

How can Videography be used?
- You may use your video however you would like.
- We may use these videos on an ongoing basis for your marketing campaigns through social media, blogging, and/or pages on your website.
- Marketeering Group is authorized to include the video(s) in our portfolio and promotional projects, with appropriate copyright attribution to you (the client).
- Deadline for final assets will be discussed in the preproduction plan prior to the photoshoot. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks following the shoot date.
What are the limitations of Videography?
- Marketeering Group’s Videography services will be limited to the hours specified in the purchase.
- The client may request to extend the length of the shoot while we are on location, with the understanding that any time overages may result in add-on costs to be invoiced after the shoot is complete.
- The finished product is dependent on your approval (non-approval does not equate to incomplete work).
- Standard editing time is included in the price of your shoot. However, should you require additional revisions, it will be billed at $75 / hour for recurring monthly clients and $98 / hour for non-recurring clients.
- You will verify an understanding of what your video shoot includes, as well as the available add-ons as outlined in the scope of work and pre-production plan.
- We won’t carry out any video shoots without your verification of the preproduction plan.
- If you are unhappy with the results of a shoot after verifying the preproduction plan, and deem the photos unusable, you may purchase an add-on shoot based on the pricing listed on Marketeering Group’s website.
