Website Hosting Audit & Migration
This product is for reviewing a website prior to transferring it over to our hosting account. Our hosting company has requirements for all sites, to maintain the best security and performance possible, so all sites must be checked before they are transferred over to our account.

- Includes checking site size, current WP and PHP versions, plugins in use, etc.
- Includes 3 hours for the audit and any small fixes that can be done in that time, such as simple plugin updates.
- If larger fixes are needed to prep the site for transfer, costs for those will be quoted separately
- If there are any issues that disqualify the site from being moved onto our hosting account, we will provide a recommendation for alternative hosting
- After any additional fixes are approved, or if no additional fixes are needed, the site will be transferred over to our server (or our alternate recommended hosting)
- Client must provide all requested login credentials for the current website, before the audit. This includes WordPress admin access, hosting account access, ftp credentials, and domain registration account logins.
- Once we have these, the Marketeering Group developers will perform the site audit. There is typically a one week turn-around time on the audit.
- If there is additional work needed to prepare the site for transfer, we will provide the client with a quote for the additional work needed, and a timeline for completion.
- If the site does not qualify for transfer to our hosting account, we will provide the client with an alternate hosting option.
- Once the audit and any needed fixes are complete, we will coordinate with the client to schedule a day for the website transfer. This will typically be scheduled a few days in advance.
- Once the site is live on our server, the client will be notified, and the Hosting & Maintenance service terms & conditions will apply.
- If current size of the site, or at any point in the future, is over 2 gigabytes (gb) for each the production and staging environments, or 4gb total for both, there may be additional fees assessed for hosting.
- (TBD) [If the site is hosted on Marketeering Group’s dedicated servers] if the amount of visits are found to adversely affecting server performance, alternate options may be pursued and associated costs may be the sole responsibility of the client.
- (TBD) [If the site is hosted on Marketeering Group’s dedicated servers] If, at any point, the website is found to adversely affect server performance with any of its’ functionalities, starting from and extending throughout the duration of being hosted on MG’s servers, any associated costs may be the sole responsibility of the client

This audit product does not guarantee that the website being reviewed will be moved onto our Marketeering Group hosting account. If the website does not meet our hosting requirements, we will provide the client with the reason why, as well as a recommendation for alternative hosting.
If the website needs additional development work, in order to meet the requirements for our hosting account, we will provide a separate quote for those costs, and request approval before completing the work.
