Your website should be revised regularly to reflect changes in your business and to support your current marketing strategy. With our website revisions service, one of our experienced developers will help you update your website when you need to revise content or adjust the design.

If you’re looking to update the content of your website, we’re happy to help! Maybe you need to update your business hours, add a new blog post, change a product description, or add new photos to a gallery. Just send us a quick email, and let our experts take care of it. We can also work in tandem with your marketing strategist to apply revisions to the site based on their overarching marketing plan. Revisions can be purchased as a monthly retainer to use in conjunction with other marketing efforts, or as a one-time purchase for special projects.
This service covers edits through the standard WordPress editor, as well as HTML and CSS changes. Other types of edits may be available on a case-by-case basis.
- Once you have purchased development hours, all website revision requests should be submitted to siteupdates@marketeeringgroup.com with as much detail as possible.
- Please include any content or photos with your email, if needed for the update request.
- Simple edits typically have a three-day turnaround time. If your request will take longer, a developer will contact you with a timeline.
- If your request requires additional work or tools beyond what is included in the hours purchased, a developer will contact you with a quote for additional costs.
- We will confirm all website updates via email when they are complete.
- Marketeering Group retains the right to apply retainer hours on a discretionary basis to accomplish campaigns as needed to support the overall marketing strategy.
- All website update requests should be submit to our ticketing system by the client or the Account Manager. Requests are submit by sending an email with all pertinent details to siteupdates@marketeeringgroup.com
- We will respond to your ticket within 3 business days with either a notice of completion, an estimated timeline for completion, or a request for further information.
- We will confirm completion of all requests via email, when the edits are completed.
- Any work that exceeds the monthly retainer or pre-purchased hours will be charged at an hourly rate. The client will be contacted with a quote for approval, if a request is expected to go over the existing allotment.
- If additional paid tools are needed to complete the request, the client will be responsible for those costs. The developer will provide the client with the recommended tools and costs for approval.
- Website revisions do not include creative direction or consulting. This is available through our Strategy & Consulting services.
- This service covers edits through the standard WordPress editor, as well as HTML and CSS changes. Edits requiring alternate coding languages, work in alternate Content Management Systems (CMS), and edits to websites with no CMS are not guaranteed under this product. Marketeering Group will review such requests individually to determine availability and cost.
Is the website built in WordPress?
- If yes – we can perform website content and design updates. We can also typically perform functionality updates, with the exception of some complex customizations.
- If no – we can usually perform content updates, but will likely be limited on design and functionality updates
Can we get full access to their current hosting account?
- If no – we may be limited in the updates that we can perform
Can we get full admin access to the WordPress dashboard (or other CMS system)?
- If no – we may be limited in the updates that we can perform
